Monster Hunter Outlanders Servers & Regions
Monster Hunter Outlanders runs as three separate versions: the global version with North America, Japan and Europe servers, the Garena version in Southeast Asia, and a mainland China version planned from 2027. Accounts and progress do not move between them, so choose carefully.

Monster Hunter Outlanders global servers: North America, Japan, Europe
The global version, published by Level Infinite, opened all three servers at the same moment: October 28, 2026 at 22:00 UTC (October 29 in Asia). The official launch FAQ is clear on three points. Server data is independent and cannot be transferred. Cross-server character transfer is not supported. And you cannot team up, add friends or join a squad with players on another region's server, so create your character on the same server as your friends.
The global client supports 9 languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Spanish (Latin America), Portuguese (Brazil), Korean, Traditional Chinese. Thai is not available at launch; the team says it is evaluating it for a future update. Login options are Level Infinite Account (email), Google, X, Apple, Facebook, LINE, Discord.
Which global server should I pick?
Pick the server where your friends play, then the one closest to you for lower latency. The in-game data on this site is read from the Japan server; values such as weaknesses and rates are the same everywhere, but event times follow each server.
Garena version in Southeast Asia
Garena publishes Monster Hunter Outlanders in Southeast Asia on its own client with its own accounts. Garena's press release names Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines; other countries in the region are reported by press coverage but we have not seen them on an official Garena page. The Garena version launched on October 29, 2026. Because it is a separate game, codes, events and banner timing can differ from the global version; our codes page lists global codes.
When does the Monster Hunter Outlanders China server open?
The official launch announcement says: “The mainland Chinese version is scheduled to be released from 2027 onwards.” No exact date, publisher details or platform list has been announced. We will update this page when one is.
Is there a PC server?
No. All versions are mobile only. See Monster Hunter Outlanders on PC.

Can I transfer my Monster Hunter Outlanders account between servers?
No. The official launch FAQ says server data is independent and cannot be transferred between regions.
Can I play with friends on another server?
No. Cross-server teaming, friend requests and joining the same squad are not supported.
Is the Garena version the same game?
It is the same game on a separate client with separate accounts, so progress, codes and events are not shared with the global version.
When does Monster Hunter Outlanders launch in China?
From 2027 onwards, according to the official launch announcement. No exact date has been given.
